Latest Projects
Extensive Render Repairs/Repaint
This beautiful big home had very cracked render, especially the front pillar fence which had to be completely broke out and renewed. Extensive crack repairs to the house plus complete repaint from fences, walls, pillars, soffits and decorative railings.
Full Render/Texture & Membrane
This large double storey had some render that needed refurbish and client wanted a complete colour transformation. More render/texture cladding was added over the existing brick with complete painting of Dulux AcraShield membrane sealer. Colours used Dulux Timeless Grey and Dulux Western Myall.
Membrane Sealer
Render and Texture is always protected when a membrane coloured sealer is applied after the texture coat. With the changeable Melbourne weather the application of 2 coats of Dulux AcraShield is paramount to help eliminate fine cracks, fading and staining.
Fence Painting
We painted these new wooden fences around the whole boundary of the property. The colour actually came up great on these fences using Colorbond Wallaby, giving a medium to dark look on the fences but still looking fresh at the same time. This is a great popular colour.
Render Front Facade/Paint Driveway & Path
This house was modernised by cladding over brick with 3 coat render/texture in two-toned colours. We also transformed inside with a complete repaint inside plus cleaning/painting driveway and pathway with Berger Jetdry rolled on in charcoal colour.
Extensive Render Refurbishment & Repaint
The render/texture on this double storey was extremely old, cracked and tired. It needed a complete restoration with special attention paid around the balcony areas inside and out. The whole top exterior was rejuvenated with 2 coats of Dulux AcraShield membrane sealer in a colour match of cream.
Driveway Painting
This old driveway had been previously painted but was tired, faded and old. Using hard wearing Berger JetDry, a thorough pressure wash clean and 2 top coats, this beautiful driveway plus their front pathways were brought back to life in a charcoal colour.
Staining and Oiling
Whether its a front door set, windows, bifold doors etc, bringing them to life with come coats of stain and or oil can really bring out the grain of the timber and give a beautiful natural look. The products used on this particual door & frame is Cabots.
Painting Brick Home/Exterior Repaint & Fencing
This home was really given a facelift by filling/gapping and painting old bricks, repaint of all windows and doors, old soffits, gutters, fascias & pipes along with all new wooden fences along the whole 3 boundaries using Colorbond Wallaby.
Render/Texture & Painting
Lovely single storey brick home fully modernised with 3 coats render/texture, two-toned on front facade and complete repaint out the front. The old varnished cedar windows and front doors were very faded, our client wanted a dark brown paint finish that would last longer against the harsh Australian climate. They were thrilled with the end result.
Kitchen Cabinetry Painting
This old kitchen was refurbished from old wooden cabentry to a more modern look and feel with Dulux Lexicon half strength enamel paint. These were sanded back with application of a stain blocker followed with multiple topcoats.
Decking Rejuvenation
Not only did we repaint the front doors, ceiling and new stain to door surrounds, but also this old, worn and tired looking front porch decking. Extensive sanding and multiple coats of new stain and sealer using Cabots, came up great!
